This concludes our first test of eliminating TLS 1.0 and 1.1 in Production. As mentioned yesterday, we have concluded the test 2 hours early to assist an impacted customer.
We shall conduct a second 24-hour test next Tuesday, June 23rd at 10 AM Eastern US Time.
The permanent change shall be made Tuesday, June 30th at 10 AM Eastern US Time.
We will end this first test at 8 AM Eastern US Time after 22 hours instead of at 10 AM after 24 hours. We are doing so to assist an impacted customer.
We shall conduct the second 24-hour test next week as previously communicated, on Tuesday, June 23rd, at 10 AM Eastern US Time.

Scheduled
On Tuesday, June 16th at 10 AM Eastern US Time, we will run a 24-hour live test, changing our production environment (www.trackabout.com) to allow the TLS 1.2 encryption protocol only.
During the test period of 24 hours, the TrackAbout application will ONLY ACCEPT TLS 1.2 secure connections, and will reject connections from older systems limited to TLS 1.0 and 1.1.
If you have not taken the necessary steps to update your platforms as required, you MAY NOT be able to connect to TrackAbout from older devices or servers.
We are hoping this change does not come as a surprise, as we have been communicating with all customers leading up to this change for several weeks. We have also invited customers to test in our QA and Customer-Facing Test environments.
