The customer test environment (test.trackabout.com) will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time. There is a potential for a full outage of this environment during this time period.
The customer test environment is not Production, and does not carry the same Service Level Agreement (SLA) as Production.
We understand that our customers do use this environment to test new features and perform some training exercises. In consideration of this, we will be taking precautions to try to avoid downtime, but please be aware it may be necessary to take the service offline to make the necessary changes.
