Starting at approximately 2:00 AM US Eastern Time (06:00 UTC) on 30 Aug 2022, customers using TrackAbout's FTP services may not have been able to connect.

Our cloud services provider Microsoft Azure experienced an issue with Domain Name Services documented here https://app.azure.com/h/2TWN-VT0/04e477 and TrackAbout's FTP servers were impacted.

Service has been restored as of 10:14 AM (14:14 UTC).
