TLS 1.2 Second 24-Hour Test

Our second 24-hour test removing TLS 1.0 and 1.1 support in Production is now complete.

Please be aware that we shall be making this change to only support TLS 1.2 permanent next Tuesday, June 30th, at 10 AM Eastern US Time.

We are now running our second 24-hour live test, changing our production environment ( to allow the TLS 1.2 encryption protocol only.

During the test period of 24 hours, the TrackAbout application will ONLY ACCEPT TLS 1.2 secure connections, and will reject connections from older systems limited to TLS 1.0 and 1.1.

We STRONGLY URGE all customers to review the full details of this change if you have not already. Those details are available here:

If you have not taken the necessary steps to update your platforms as required, you MAY NOT be able to connect to TrackAbout from older devices or servers.

We are hoping this change does not come as a surprise, as we have been communicating with all customers leading up to this change for several weeks. We have also invited customers to test in our QA and Customer-Facing Test environments.
